1) Shopping Online; Product and Pricing Information.

After submitting your order, if accepted, a confirmation page will be displayed and your order has been submitted. You understand that Brazy does not manufacture or inspect any of the items sold through our services, so Brazy cannot and does not make any warranties about their quality, safety and sizing. You release Brazy from any claims related to items sold through our services, including for defective items, misrepresentation by customers and resellers, and items that caused physical injury.
3) Content You Access.
You may come across materials that you find offensive or inappropriate while using our services. We make no representation concerning any content posted by users through the services. Brazy is not responsible for the accuracy, legality or decency of content posted by users that may have purchased products using our services. You release us from all liability relating to that content.
4) People Who Purchase Our Products.
You understand we do not screen users when they purchase our products and we do not take any liability with what they may do with our products after purchasing, which include any criminal activity and antisocial behaviour.
5) Pricing and Payment Terms
The prices that have been selected for each product are fixed prices under any circumstances, including additional shipping costs. We have a strict no cancellation or refund policy, however exchanges are permitted when applicable; for instance, size exchanges.
6) Delivery
- The time and place(s) of delivery shall be as specified in the buyers order, subject (where applicable) to Condition 7 below.
- All delivery dates or periods are to be treated as estimates only unless we have expressly undertaken in writing to guarantee delivery by a specified date.
